Diversity and inclusion - moving from intention to action

Diversity and inclusion - moving from intention to action

As part of this year’s Dive In Festival, Wotton & Kearney and Liberty Specialty Markets are delighted to invite you to an insightful interview with two corporate leaders who have shaped meaningful change through Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) action.

Dr Jennifer Whelan will facilitate this online discussion with James Brindley, MD of Lion Australia, and Narelle Hooper, Editor in Chief of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Magazine. During the conversation, James will discuss his leadership journey in creating D&I change in a male-dominated brewery culture, and Narelle will share her story of how allies and supporters can advocate for D&I change.

This year’s Dive In Festival theme is “Active Allyship and Empowerment: From intention to action”, which is focused on how we can educate and empower people to become active allies and take real action to support underrepresented colleagues.

We hope you can join us for this interview, which we know will feature many practical ideas that could help you make a difference in your workplace.
