Fourteen tons of beach sand was unintentionally pumped onto the roof of our client’s industrial property in Western Sydney, resulting in a significant sand loading event. Heavy rainfall exacerbated the situation, increasing the weight and causing structural damage to the roof, with more heavy rain predicted.

Following the receipt of local government approvals, and after rain delays, repair work began and was successfully completed within a week.
