Liberty provides a customer-focused range of corporate Accident & Health (A&H) insurance products and services designed to inform, assist and protect people and their companies at home in Australia and abroad.
These benefits are made available through our Corporate Travel and Group Personal Accident and Sickness products to a wide range of industries and entities, including companies, schools, universities, clubs and membership organisations. We are also able to provide full medical benefits for Australian employees overseas on assignment (‘expat’ cover) or foreign workers of Australian companies who are based in Australia (‘inpat’ cover).
Our flexible approach allows us to provide streamlined, straight-forward insurance protection and tailored bespoke solutions as required. Our underwriting appetite and rates are consistent and we offer customers the simplicity and convenience of a ‘one-stop shop’ for assistance and claims.
Our Corporate Travel product is designed for the business traveller. Underpinned by comprehensive pre-, post- and during travel medical and security assistance, it incorporates a range of extra benefits that make this a stand-out product in the market.

Accidents and illnesses do not respect office hours or convenient moments, and Liberty recognises that customers need the facility of 24/7 assistance. We have therefore teamed up with Fullerton Health Group (Fullerton) to provide an emergency assistance to our A&H customers, whatever their situation and wherever they may be.
As a specialised emergency assistance company with a sole focus on A&H, Sydney-based Fullerton has a long history of providing both emergency assistance programmes to the insurance industry. The Fullerton 24/7 call centre provides specialised assistance for all medical, travel and security emergencies.
Through Fullerton, Liberty’s clients have direct access to medical advice and a large network of medical centres and hospitals across the South-East Asian region and globally. Clients also benefit from efficient emergency travel arrangements (fast re-ticketing and access to available seats).
If a medical or other emergency occurs during a journey, Liberty’s clients have round-the-clock access to our emergency assistance provider, Fullerton Health Group (Fullerton). This emergency assistance service is available anytime, anywhere in the world, and does not incur extra fees.
