As a specialised emergency assistance company with a sole focus on A&H, Sydney-based Global 24 has a long history of providing emergency assistance programs to the insurance industry. The Global 24 round-the-clock call centre provides specialised assistance for all medical, travel, and security emergencies.
Through Global 24, Liberty’s clients have direct access to medical advice and a large network of medical centres and hospitals across the South-East Asian region and globally. Clients also benefit from efficient emergency travel arrangements (fast re-ticketing and access to available seats).
If a medical or other emergency occurs during a journey, Liberty’s clients have round-the-clock access to our emergency assistance provider, Global 24. This emergency assistance service is available anytime, anywhere in the world, and does not incur extra fees.
