Liberty has been recognised with six medals in the annual survey of Australian and New Zealand brokers

In the annual survey, brokers ranked 10 insurers across 11 different categories – awarding gold, silver, and bronze medals for first- through third-place achievements.

Liberty was awarded six medals in the 2025 survey across the following categories:

• Silver overall for insurer of the year
• Gold for claims turnaround time
• Gold for new business turnaround time
• Gold for BDM support
• Silver for brand recognition
• Silver for broker communication, training and development
