Department – Surety
Main role – As a Surety underwriter based in Hong Kong, Liam is responsible for credit risk assessment, surety underwriting, portfolio monitoring and relationship management with brokers and clients.
Personal profile – Liam joined Liberty in 2023. He brings experience as a broker at an international firm and as an underwriter at a leading trade credit insurer providing him a strong network across the insurance market. He also has banking experience in credit risk management.
Liam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management from the University of Hong Kong and the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
