James has over 30 years’ experience in financial lines claims across a variety of professions but with particular focus on complex and high value construction claim.
James holds a degree in Masters of Business Administration and is CIP, Fellow of ANZIIF. His professional experience includes work on Professional & Financial Risks claims at a number of other insurers in Australia as well as four years working as a claims broker in the London market.
